Patrick has tremendous design ability, strong interpersonal skills and is attentive to details. He assisted us in selecting a general contractor and he oversaw the construction process. We had been considering a remodel and adddition to our 80 year-old bungalow in Mill Valley for several years but could never agree on the right solutions for our growing family. Patrick listened to what my wife and I were thinking, questioned some of our notions for the use of the remodel, and then presented us with different ideas that took into account aspects of our home life that we had not considered.

Some of the solutions were quite simple, involving a minor wall modification and relocation of furniture which we were able to implement immediately. Other ideas inspired us to pursue a more ambitious design that led to full construction documents, a permit, major construction, and additional living space for which we have a definite purpose and for which we are proud to present to friends and family.
